Both seem good but readyhosting seems to be great But im not sure so i need your input .

Archbob is correct. Go with Tera-Byte. Not only are they a large company with backing, but ReadyHosting offers unmetered transfer and any unlimited host should be avoided.

Both are good. I have experiences with both of them. Though, ReadyHosting in their TOS/AUP fine prints do mention some limit. Can't remember though how much was it.
I used ReadyHosting.com to host my ASP scripts for my webmaster related site at www.devecho.com which never launched.
I started with TB with a hosting account and then upgraded to a leased server.
It would take a while for you to get response from RH whereas TB replies quite efficiently and quickly.
As for downtime, during my one year and plus course with them neither of the one had any. Even if they did, they did let me know that downtime would occur during specific course of period.
So, my recommendation. Go with either of them depending on your needs.
If you site is a basic one, I mean with only HTML Pages then go with someone cheap like <<removed>> and www.volcato.net
But if you are using PHP/mySQL go with TB or if you are using ASP/Access-SQL then go with RH.
Both of them have their own pros and cons. Hope this helps.
