Many clients have all ready found out what great hosting is all about ...

Interested... Just few questions: How many customers do you host rigth now? And why did you shorten yor "90 days" trial period? How many servers do you have, what's your uptime, how is your customer service and did you have any complaints?

These last two questions are addressed to other members, too (if somebody had to deal with ALL Acquisitions ).

Thanks!

ALL Acquisitions released WHMwebhost.com in mid-april and had a great opening month. Specific numbers are not available to the public.
And why did you shorten yor "90 days" trial period?
Its just business.
How many servers do you have
We operate many servers in different locations, 2 of which are dedicated to WHMwebhost.com.
what's your uptime
Our customers have enjoyed an average 99.8% uptime since opening.
how is your customer service
My answers are obviously biased, however I would rate our customer service as great ;).
and did you have any complaints
To my knowledge we have had one client complain. His trial period was cut off and his accounts needed to be moved because his websites were not suitable for a shared hosting environment.

We're happy that you're interested in our services and are looking forward to servicing your hosting needs. These questions are all great, but the best way to test our services, is to test them. There are no charges and no obligations to continue your service after 45 days.

If you have any more detailed questions, please submit a support ticket.

GoodyDomains.com was owned by ALL Acquisitions, but not any longer. However, the initial dispute by coldone was resolved through paypal, and the second payment issue was a result of a user not reading the terms of service.

They requested a refund and cancellation of services during the 7-day money back guarantee period (goodydomains.com), however GoodyDomains.com does not allow for verbal or written requests to cancel a users account (they require users cancel their paypal subscription to cancel their services), and so the refund was never processed.

It was an unfortunate situation of someone not following the instructions.

However, with WHMwebhost.com, we do not accept yearly payments and we give 45 days of FREE hosting to all new users. Basically these situations are completed avoided with this system.

Thanks for your interest.

No, thanks, I think I will go with another hosting company, with less people "not reading TOS" or having to ask Paypal to stop the payment! Hahaha, sounds good, especially when you say: "What is declared to the public and what is actually happening behind the scenes are two completely different things. "
How can one trust you, then?

I'm not going to give you a try, and I wish you goodluck with someone else!

People not reading the TOS is an unfortunate situation where I don't think can be prevented. People are just lazy these days. All hosts try their best to get their clients to agree and read the TOS. But his comments in those thread you posted are a tad odd.

Good luck in your host search. Remeber to give a review in a few months time!

Regards,

Tang
