Why my mails going to spam?

Am not good in PhP... just trying to make a form for my website. I created and it works. But, i dont know why my mails going to spam. If i fill the form and submit it, i found this message on my spam or junk mail. I dont know why the form mails going to spam.
Anyone have an idea to fix it. I appreciate your help. Thanks

A quick search recommends $MailFrom = "your@address.com"; instead of using $_POST["Email_address"].

You could add recaptha, that helps a bit.
