As far as I now windows licience costs money and you will pay for hosting and licience. I think that youк budget is low.
 
sorry.. i am looking for vps and for vps is that budget that i gave enough i think..

when i incarase my budget i can go for a dedicated server.
 
As far as I know quality dedicated solutions start on $120 (I mean linux servers). I realy don't know how much will good windows dedicated. According to your needs go with dedicated will be resonable.
 
i would like to go with a dedicated server.. but my budget is limited.. thats why i am looking for vps..

i want try to run a online radio station with request system.. and
few others.. but the onlineradio radio need atleast windows vps..

for the others i can also use normal webhosting account..
but if have vps i can also use for the other projects too.
 
for that i have to try if i am able to do this on linux.. but i never worked with linux really and i dono if i am able to make the request possible.

if im right in thinking you wont be able to stream direct of server as 90% of servers dont have soundcards i tried this before on few servers
