Normally even sites that have tons of media, scripts, and text on them load in less than a second on my computer. That site took 5 minutes to load a page that only said "Applicants must use real full name on application" or something like that. 1 semtence took longer to load than a page with 10 streaming video files and 3 streaming audio files did on my computer. Seems too slow to me. But I'm too young to use it anyway.

Apparently you failed to read the message that you just quoted which clearly tells you that your application was rejected because your IP address is listed in the DSBL.ORG blacklist database.

If you want to apply for hosting then you will need to contact DSBL.ORG and have your IP removed from their blacklist database (AND / OR) contact our tech support department for help. In some cases, we can override the 3rd party blacklist if research shows that the reason your IP is blacklisted is for something that is old or otherwise not a serious issue.

The signup message you just quoted says that you attempted to use a temporary address service such as mailinator.com or similiar as the contact address on your hosting application instead of a real email address.

If you want to signup for hosting, you must provide a real email address as the email address given on your application is also used later to contact you for technical support issues, password changes, and service related announcements and needs to be an actual real valid email address!

Our system checks applications on over 200 points and makes a 100%
postive confirmation before the message you just quoted is ever displayed.
If our system says that you already have an account then indeed you do
have an account and our signup system is NEVER wrong!

On occasion we get people that absolutely swear that they have never
signed up for hosting with us touting that our system is wrong. In each
and every single case, those same people were immensely embarrased
when they found out they were actually wrong!

Usually what will happen is someone will signup for hosting several months
or even several years before and then forget that they applied for hosting
with us and their accounts will just be left idle and abandoned until they
come back some time later down the road and find they can't signup for
a new account because they still have the one that has been forgotten!

Point in fact -- Cosmo and Offroader, you do already have accounts with us!

If you don't remember your accounts then contact our support department
and we will be glad to lookup that information for you and if necessary
send you a duplicate copy of the original welcome letter login details.

ROFL! Our network is among the fastest server networks on the planet! Our
signup system appears to be running slow but in reality is not! Our hosting
application system is actually performing a massive amount of verifications
on your application as well as also performing a full complete personal
background investigation on you in live real time and that generally
takes a few extra seconds to process.

If you are less than 20 years old, it will generally take an extra 10 seconds
for the application to process because there is less information about
you out on the open internet and public record clearing houses so additional
extra research has to be performed which causes the application processing
to take a little bit longer.

Other hosts do not have our information collecting capabilities and thus
do not perform any of the checks or verifications that we perform so
that step is just simply skipped entirely. Additionally, most hosts do not
process applications in live real time like we do which has a big impact on
signup performance since they aren't actually doing anything during signup.
