Adding money to paypal

Hi, I am from singapore. I have a paypal account and I want to add money to it. I can currently add money through credit card. But the thing is that I do not have a credit card. Is there any way i could add money to my paypal account without a creditcard ?.

You may want to consider e-mailing their support staff, or writing them. Also, Paypal is uaully through credit card no matter.

Can we use a debit card instead ? In my country they allow anyone above 18 to have a debit card.

Debit cards are through checks, so that won't work... unless the specifically state that they allow as such.

I think you can direct link it to a savings account..... And just use the money in there without using a credit card.... (I'm Not Sure Though)

PayPal Account from your local bank account. You can only withdraw funds
from your PayPal Account to your local Bank Account.

Debit cards are through checks, so that won't work... unless the specifically state that they allow as such.

A debit card acts as a credit card exept that it is connected to a bank account and the money which you spend is taken from that account. It is not through cheques because the payments are made instantly.

As long as your debit card has a Visa, or Mastercard logo on it, you can use it the same as a credit card, but you can only spend the amount held in your bank account.
