Advice on support

Which support script is good for for both as ticket wise and which support online chat. Am focusing on the ones in Fantastico itself, Haven't tried any, any advice on this?

They're free, however it does not come with a live support feature, but they're thinking of adding it (using AJAX)

If you want to go paid, I'd choose Kayako, it seems the best in my eyes!

I installed Help Center Live which has osTicket scripted added as a module. i there anyone else using the same. because it seems to have to problem with the Live chat.

Use crafty syntax live help , Its really good and in fantastico

Both HCL (Help Center Live) and Crafty Syntax Live Help are both pretty good. While I prefer Help Center Live, Crafty Syntax has a nice feature set, and a decent interface.
