Hey guys,

I'm looking for a cheap domain registrar.

Features I want:
Full DNS Control Panel (No e-mailing the owner and waiting 3 days to get my DNS servers changed).
Domain Forwarding
Possible "Page Under Construction" and "Page for Sell" Options.

The only method of payment possible to me at the moment is PayPal.

Name.com is good $8.99 is their current price (compare GoDaddy $9.20). A few months ago there were lots of people complaining about GoDaddy which is why i went with name.com instead, and I've found them to be fine. You can also transfer an existing domain to them for only $5.99.
