I just setup a new domain and I am waiting for the nameservers to propagate. It's been more than 24 hours, and Godaddy usually only takes a few minutes, so I think there may be something wrong although another person claims that they can see the page.

If you can, please go to http://webhosted.info and let me know if you see a page or if you get a 404 error.

I can see your website is UP! If you are using windows and can't see the website, click on Start --> Run --> cmd , type there:
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
ipconfig /renew
