can't view images

for some reason no images will load in my browser. all pages will load the html but then just sit there forever saying 10 items remaining downloading picture... but the images never load. the problem seems limited to IE, i use 5.0 and today is the first time i've had this problem. any ideas how to fix it?

They seemed to have removed it I havent used IE since 98 :eek2:

Maybe try restoring the setting in the advanced tab ?

clear your temporary internet files and cookies and restart IE.

I suggest u to upgrade to IE v6.0. 6.0 Had a better security options than v5.0.

for some reason its not doing it anymore. and it only did it with certain sites it seemed. anyhow is 6.0 the newest version? i guess i should upgrade but often times upgrades are full of un-necessary shit that just slows everything down. is 6.0 a good upgrade?
