Download Website Script?

Hi I am looking for a download website script not sure if thats the name but basically.

I want to be able to upload files for people to download have categories etc and also let people upload files too.

Any ideas?

Prefably not Joomla or something with a mod.

Webhosting account with FTP and just make some FP accounts to give out.

Basically a rapidshare clone you want? Search google for rapidshare clone, there's hundreds.

Well - not exactly rapidshare. I think hes after something like RapidShare but you can see the files hosted.
