As with his other thread regarding 'Free CS 1.6 Servers', he requires that in return you complete a number of offers for him per month in order to maintain your gameserver up. I don't know whether he does give out the gameserver's, but I'm not one to say as at the moment I'm completing these offers as well. I'll let you know in the end how it turns out, but if others have had any experiences with him regarding this, then please feel free to comment.
