Anyway NWH Networks might be giving away free email hosting. We probably will use roundcude edited version, and I have a creation script. But what shall the amount of space we give be? And make it be reasonable not like 500gb.

Beginner Email Address: 20-40mb
Moderate Email Address: 1gb
Advanced Email Address: 2-3gb

Also if you can purchase it, it is known that "Microsoft Exchange Server" is brilliant for email hosting, just google it for more

have you ever tried the google email services? it's like yourname@yourdomain.com but you can log into the gmail services and get it.
