Free Hosting for Friendster Train Site

Hi guys, I currently own a friendster resource site and now looking for a free host that can host my Friendster train section of my site. I really don't need that much amount of space, here are my specifications.

75-100 mb Space
3 GB Bandwidth
1-2 Mysql Database
Fantastico/ Cpanel
Subdomain hosting . Eg Train.yourhost.com
Reliable
No Ads please..I don't intend to put ads on my site, it makes the site looks ugly.

My Main site is getting quite popular and since I need your help to just host the friendster train of the site, I can provide a small link on that friendter train site.
