FREE Hosting offer: Anime/Manga/JPOP/Japan/Dorama sites

I am looking to host a couple more websites on my dedicated server.

The websites must be of one of the following nature:

Anime
Manga
JPOP (Japanese pop industry)
Dorama (Japanese drama)
Japan-related


No forum-only, download-only, youtube-type websites.

The only catch is a top banner on a page of my choice.

Pre-existing sites with traffic are most welcomed, but if you have a great idea/plan for your site, I am willing to listen too.

I prefer you to have a top level domain and the site must be either in English, traditional Chinese or Japanese.

p.s. I suggest you make the letters in your website's menu a bit darker. It is very difficult on the eyes to read the writing on the menu.
