Free Proxy Hosting --- Only 20-200mb Space and 10-20gb b/w

im lookin for a free webhost the will let me run a proxy server

ill only need a few mb space and a middle size ammount of bandwidth

i need a server that will run CGI and PHP proxys

And I Need Php-safe mode off

If Any One Could help

id be glad to return the favor >> aka >> banners / ads etc

Proxies are a resource killer on a server !

Go dedicated and it will work as you want it to work.

PHP Safe Mode OFF ? Are you nuts ? What about security ?
No shared account hoster will grant you an account with this request !

Why don't you just pay for hosting if you want to do these server demanding things, just like anybody else ?

Pay for a cheap VPS, they host proxies very well

Actually most shared hosting nowdays has PHP_SAFE_MODE off, there's too many restrictions on safe mode.

Yes most hosts do work with php_safe_mode off
I dont know about free hosting but everyone in paid...
Safe mode is nothing anymore..;.

Exactly, and that is what I am pointing at.
A free webhost will not give him an account because the other users will not have enough resources left..

Such a request should not be asked in the 'free hosting' area.
