The only thing that I see that seems annoying is the add within the text body. But other than that it sounds great!

If your application for free hosting has been accepted, you will receive a Welcome Letter by e-mail with the details of your free hosting account.

If your application does not get approved, you will also get an e-mail stating the reasons why we were unable to grant you free hosting.

I saw this message for three times in the previous month,but there's nothing response from them,both approved or not get approved.
They tell a lie and fool with us.It's so bad I never seen.

To be honest - we get so many non-English, fraudulent signups, we no longer send out explanations as to why your site was not approved. It is one of two reasons:

[1] The account is fraudulent

[2] The account is not in English
