Help, is my new design really that bad?

Hello all.
I have recently updated my website,

I am not very happy with the results. Maybe someone could help me out...
My original design is here

On my original design had less visitors but more enquiries.
I have had the new design up for two weeks. But I have only received 1 inquiry. Im starting to wonder if it was a mistake.
Although other people I have spoken to prefer the new design.
Please help.

I tried to contact you asking how did one sign up for the free anonymous e-mail service, and I got that error.

i also moved the site to a new server a week ago,
that probably explanes it.. but im still worried because for the first week i had no responce!

It has more color and its more appealing to my eyes. Its better organized. The old one looks like some kid drew it on a piece of paper.
 
Looks like a good site and service to me. If I didn't have so many email accounts now I would probably sign up. Keep up the good work.
 
both designs are GOOD designs but the newest one is very flashy , looks like a webhost design template more than u designed it ( i am not saying u didnt design it , i am just saying it looks like a template ) .

anyways idont understand what do u have to offer , :p so I wont comment on enquiries or visitors .
