It seems that you need to learn the basics. It would be better to first go to some sites like w3schools and when you learn the basic stuff then ask on forums more specific questions.
 
1 another vote for w3schools. They lead you from the begining. I'd recommend to try them before anything else.
 
Possibly a more direct question then "can you help me learn html"

I personally use photoshop then code the design in dreamweaver.
 
Basic HTML is needed firstly buddy! Good luck with it, and like everyone else is saying, I would recommend w3schools as well.
