I need host for vbulliten forum

Just out of curiosity, how does one know if a Vbb is pirated? I use phpBB so I have no intention on doing so (even though I admit I did DL one and got lost trying to customize it to my current forum, I said to hell with it and hacked my phpBB)

People who use nullified boards usually don't have an Vbulletin ID so asking them of there ID and numbers whould be good to verify if the board is legit.
