Just do random stuff, reviews, views, politics, news, anything. I used to do that on my blog and I still have people asking when am I going to write another "Point Of View" post.
 
I suppose that first of all you need to get started and then you will make sure what is yours. But without trying that is impossible to determine

Make it about what you like. If you like eating out then blog about the restaurants you've been into. Like watching porn? Blog about it too :)
 
frankly telling, start a blog on the topic which is useful to everybody, kids, teens, old persons. Eveybody should be able to enjoy it. Even for home based moms. Now its up to you, how you are gonna choose the topics?

I run a blog similar to this, just my random observaitions on life.
