Interview---Page layout review

What do u guys think of my interview page? any good?

the top part is too big, the site is aligned to the right, the grey interviews column is too plain.

i think the writing is too big. also the column is a little plain but great top graphic.

cool, thanks guys. I'll shrink the image down abit, i left the grey colour like that so that u can read the interview.

Any other suggestions?

use another background. reduce the whitespace on the interviews column

I think it lo_ok very unique and eye catching, now if only you could make the huge gray space and turn it into a lighter brown color than the background than it all will be perfect. Because I don't know why, but that gray color make the rest of the page seem unmatch and uneven and not smooth.

Yup! Yup! I like! Much better now, everything is eye catching and well match. The word Interview just fine by me, nothing wrong with it. You did a fine job!
