Yes I think YPN does pay more per click as compared to Adsense but I have heard that the ads are not targeted enough to generate enough revenue.

someone can come to your site, and click 100 times, google
will thinkyou are running up your own account. to be safe then
sorry, adsense will just shut you off and be on their way, weather
you did it or not., they dont really care.
