If you are waiting for an email message, then you are going to be waiting a
very long time because we don't send out any email messages except in the
case of account deletions, application status checks, or at the specific request
of the member. Otherwise, no email message is sent!
Normally, all hosting accounts are activated immediately upon submitting
your web hosting application and your login information is displayed
on screen as the last page of your web hosting application submission!
If you qualify for instant activation, your login shown on the signup screen
will begin working immediately within no more than 5 minutes of signup.
If you don't qualify for instant activation, your account will be created
but the login will be locked for up to 2 hours for further review. Once
approved, the lock is released and the account starts working without
any further notice ... you just need to try the login shown to you.
If it is more than 2 hours since you submitted your application and
your login still doesn't work, it is likely your application was rejected.
You can find out for sure by using the application status check link
at the bottom of our signup page (status link also shown at signup time)
which will send you an email message indicating the current status
of your application.
If your account is activated but does not have any activity within 10 days
of initial activation, it is automatically deleted and you will have to contact
technical support at
support@clubhostcity.com to have it re-instated again.
EDIT: tychicus, I just did a search for your name in our hosting records and
your account "play4gold.be" was activated yesterday morning at 7:38 AM!
