Is There Real FREE service (Host, Domain)?

I saw many website, free hosting, but cost $ for domain,
if you want to regist a "free hosting", usually you need
have a domain, otherwise, you must pay domain fee.

is it possible as the following?
< WebSpace >
1. free webspace
2. PHP ( + MySQL is better)
3. no AD
4. (at least) above 10MB space
5. FTP support
6. need not my domain

if must to regist a domain, then:
7. Really Free Domain (no any fee)

No. Domains aren't free because to create a domain, even when you are a host or domain registrar, it cost money to add the domain to the database. There are plenty of free hosting providers that offer domain hosting though, and one matches your request (that I know of):

That is, if you drop PHP and choose CGI instead...(which is funny, when double-checking their site I saw it was CGI but I was sure they offered PHP :-/)
 
so, you mean it's impossible to get a free domain,
right? ....
I'm still looking for it.
I just find a almost perfect site (Wolfserver.net),
at least, for me, it is. But unlucky it'll close.
 
I don't think there is a free domain without a sacrifise like an ad on your page and/or by choosing a paid host otherwise you can try getting your domain from www.dot.tx but with a .tk extention and you don't own the domain unless you pay. I was domain desparate too a little while ago but I asked my teacher to register me a domain and he said ok but my dad wouldn't register me one. :cry2:
 
There are a few places that will purchase your domain for
you using advertising dollars but they always require you
to display ads on your domain and must maintain a certain
traffic level or they take the domain away from you.

Talking about .TK mentioned above, the dot.tk addresses
aren't actual real domains. The FREE ones are merely
redirects. To be a real domain, you have to purchase it.

There is one that I know of that is a subdomain but unlike
others actually works as a REAL domain with DNS servers, etc.
That one is at http://www.uni.cc but I heard that they are no
longer accepting new signups.

Now talking about subdomains, there are about a million
places you can get subdomains for FREE but most of those
are merely redirects and not actual real addresses.

At AMZ, we do provide subdomains with a very short name
to all members who don't have their own domain. The domain
that we use for our member subdomains is u69.us so your
address would be http://username.u69.us, etc.
 
i have heard of a host offer domin but have ad and your website should 150 persons clicking everyday
 
How can you not afford to buy a domain if you really want one. Its only like 8 - 9 bucks a year! If you dont own a credit card ask your parents. They probably wont mind since its so cheap.
 
Yes... my domain was bought for about $10.50 for 2 years... cheap and cheerful... :biggrin2:
 
www.breezeland.com Has just about exactly what you want. You can register subdomains i heard, read the forum.

www.amzweb.net also has what you want and you can get more than what you wanted by posting. They have text-link ads.

For me, a reliable & good function hoster,
I can afford to buy one.
But I don't like to use Credit Card via Internet,
so payment way is not convenient for me.
If I'm not really sure the host is good,
I won't buy it.
