Simple and clean design. However I would suggest you that it should be readable as pictures and text getting merged.
I think you should do some more work and post it again. I wonder what to review? :confused4

perhaps you could center it and make the bottom text smaller because it is the first thing that comes to attention when visiting the page and I'm pretty sure the copyright and the referer isn't stuff you would want your customers to look at first.
