By the way, we warrant our dedicated services at 100% network uptime, if you are down, you get a 1% refund for every MINUITE you are down. We monitor our network 24/7, also our provider, BellSouth does the same, and basically it becomes a pyrimid effect if it is down at all, causing BellSouth to give us a really nice refund, then we in trun give you a refund, etc, etc, etc. We have only had one spell like that 1 year and 4 months ago to the day .
