At least 2X120gb Hard Drives(Or 2X250gb Hard Drives)
At least 1000gb Bandwidth
cPanel/WHM Free
Fantastico(Will only pay a small fee)
Free Support
Zend-Optimizer(For Modernbill)
PHP
MySQL
FTP
At least 6 IP's
No Contract(a.k.a I don't have to own the server for ____ months before I can cancel.)

I would like to get this for less than $120/mo

I only will Pay through PayPal and Credit Cards.
