looking for a small No Ads No posting hosting

Hi,

I am in need of a small hosting wth teh following requirements.

Purpose : Small community site + forum(very small)


1) 1 step registration (No personal info )
2) .htpassword( Can set it up myself )
3) PHP and MySQL ( 1-2(1 is sufficient, I guess) database with backup support) (for hosting forum )
4) No Ads
5) No posting
6) 100-150 MB webspace [ we know all about rapid and MU :lol: ]
7) 4-6 GB bandwidth
8) Long term site guarantee. ( I dont want to change names and have it running for a while )
9)Can post a few rapidshare links or summing , but no illegal activity otherwise.
10) admin panel
This is for a few friends of me .. We are leaving uni, so want to have a space, where we can meet. It should be private, so the htpassword thing.

Dont need wizards and all, can set up most things myself. Also , I am expecting it to grow very slowly, and if it exceeds ur limit, I ll gladly move on.

You won't need anywhere near that much if you're just going to use the site "privatly" between a few friends, you may want to reconsider your requirements!
