looking for a web host for a legal adult site non porn with a 30day free trial im looking for a VPS with the fallowing specs the specs of the vps you can pick aslong as it can handle the load heres what im looking for

cpanel licence cost 15$. And with a 50GB hard drive? With 300GB bandwidth? Your budget is enough for a shared or reseller hosting with those specs. You won't find any vps provider for this request.
 
Most of companies do not allow IRC. I doubt, the requirements you have mentioned wil not fit in your budget. You may want to raise up your budget because as eSupun said cPanel/WHM license itself costs $15/mo.

As others have this simply isn't going to happen because a VPS cPanel license is going to set you back $15/month. Also you're unlikely to find any VPS providers offering a free trial because it's risky. However, you will find many providers offering a money back guarantee.

I'd post one of my shared offerings, but I don't use cpanel and the OP requested a VPS. Plus that bandwidth requirement seems a little high even for an adult content site.

I do provide free IRC service though, which may be more convenient than trying to create your own- they are a real headache to manage.
 
I agree with the others, for these requirements you will need to pay at least 40$ monthly (if not more), cPanel license costs 15$/m+DDoS protection is expensive too.

If your still looking, I can provide everything, except the free trial. The price is also higher than your request as my smallest VDS is $29.99 plus $15 for cPanel per month..

If you don't really need a VDS I have reseller accounts that match what you need within your budget and IRC is also allowed on them.

I think that you need to pay more attention on the laws of certain state. Better discuss that with your prospective web hosting provider.
 
I suppose you are aware that adult based web projects are rapidly growing ones. I suppose that you need to think over small VPS instead of just traditional hosting account.

everything is perfectlly legal my website is perfectlly legal there voteing on legalizeing medical marijuana here so they problly wouldnt care bout that and i contacted riaa or loud city one about a permit and if i understanded ccorrectllythere website said one isnt required if i bought the music or have less than 1000 listeners at onetime and im only expecting 500 thats why i was asking for somemuch bandwidth cause im going to have my own shoutcast server have a good one take care :)

How much RAM would you need and is that 50 GB diskspace a real minimum requirement?

Also, you ask for cPanel with OpenBSD. cPanel only runs with CentOS (might run on OpenBSD, but would need a lot of tweaking and there would be no support). I would suggest you to give up on either cPanel or OpenBSD.

i dont have the slightiest idea lol im new to this im going to run a chat with irc forum guestbook and a shoutcast server and a 7 page site how much you think ill need thanks for your help ohbtw are you willing to give me a free trial ill take openbsd over c-panel wich other control panel will work with openbsd have a good one take care :)
