i need minimum 5 GB space and 200 GB Bandwidth.

i will be hosting 3 or 4 sites.

i would like to have server from Netherlands or Germany or Russia.

If you have server in Russia you need to have all traffic from there to have cheap deal. If not - that would be queite expensive for you.
