Need Cloud Host

I am looking for an accredited cloud hosting provider like rackspace or gogrid.
I need cheaper plans than these two with JUST as good as a service.

I wish theplanet had one, but they don't, so I would like anyone tot ell me of any cloud hosting providers just as good as rackspace and cheaper.

The OP definitely asked for cloud hosting. Shared hosting is a long ways away from that.

Rackspace cloud isn't that fancy at all. It's constantly experiencing hard times, especially in the past half year. See these reviews: http://www.rackspacecloudreview.com

I don't know if that's expensive for you but they have an unmanaged cloud vps plan Cloud Servers at just $10 / month.
