im setting up a proxy with my google adsense

i know in Cpanel there is a Cgi bit where you can rotate your ads on the page so i want to put other peoples ads on to make more traffic i will have a bit on the site where the fill out a form and give me thier google adsense code and i email them when their ads are up and runnin
can someone please give me 200 mb and 1 gig bandwith with Cpanel
