Need Free IRC Hosting

You wont get this on free hosting, and even most PAID hosts dont allow it!! You have to BUY a VPS/Dedicated server to run such things.

yea as running an irc channel burns out alot of bandwidth and resources. save up for a vps

Xeon, the cheapest solution for you is to get a shell and load an eggdrop bot on it.

1) make a channel like #clan
2) look for poeple or members how will join your irc channel (need 7 poeple)
3) wait for like 6/7 hour then a (L) bot will join your irc channel.

Even then you need to make sure it is allowed. Most hosts don't allow it
because their upstream providers also do not allow it.

Most dedicated server providers also won't allow it either!

All hosts thinking of making an offer here should first check with their
upstream providers to find out if you are even allowed to offer
your users the option of having that.

I have seen a lot of resellers and dedicated server hosts get cancelled
because they didn't realize their upstream providers disallowed IRC content.
