1. Reliable with good uptime stats.
2. Have been operating for at least 6 months. ~hosting will not close
3. No language restrictions.
4. Fast server speed. ~good for people surfing all around other countries.

All these for putting your 470x70 banner ad on my site and contribute some to your forum. I have a site up already for a month with over 30-50 unique visitors daily.

PS. I don't care about the space and BW. All I need for basic hosting my site is 500mb and reseller (its up to you how much space you could offer). BW is about 10-20GB. Will choose the best offer posted in here.
