(2) We will choose 3 deserving winners and they will be notified through email on February 2010.

This is offered for those who want to have their own domain name or transfer host.
Only 3 people will be chosen from the applicants.
We will choose who deserves to win through their existing site's contents and how actively they are maintaining their site.
Besides, we don't want a free domain name and a free hosting go to waste right?
We only need to see 1 actively running website for each applicant.
If they are chosen, they may choose a domain name for that website and transfer their existing site to our server.

Name, location and birthday is only for fraud and spam checking and so we could identify who are the applicants. :)
