Hello, I was asked to post here regarding how i can register a .org.ru for free?

I would imagine you would need to be a non profit organisation in Russia. Do you have that? Your IP indicates you are not in Russia.

Actually, I think you can get .com.ru, .net.ru and .org.ru for free, not including russian goverment. (Somebody registered them).
