It's very basic and the images at the bottom are all over the place.

from the look of it, to me it seems like a site that wont get many visits, mainly because it has barely any content, and has a fair few external links for ratings/rank. so seems like a site to just make money from adverts.

Yes more content and use something other than MS paint to design.
