Ok I don't get how you increase your page rank?

to increase the page rank you should get link backs from quality sites

It's the quality and not the quantity of links that matters in calculation of PageRank. For example a link from a PR7 site is worth dozens of links from PR2 sites.

Also submission of site to good high PR directories helps in boosting site's PR too.
