PSD To HTML+CSS

Hello

A while back I bought a psd layout.
Would anyone here be able to convert it into html + css so that it would be like a template that you can download and edit right away?
I am obviously willing to pay.

Converting a PSD into usable HTML +CSS is a hell of a lot of work, I would suggest posting up a preview of the PSD so that people can get an idea of how much work they would really be in for.

Use Dreamweaver... It doesn't take long.
