I don't look my age though, people confuse me with my sister. They think we're both 15 (I'm 18, she's 12).

You've got nothing to lose by tryingto buy one. The worst that can happen is that you wont get a ticket, or will be asked for id.

You never know maybe they wont ask for id.

Or you win a prize but you can't pick it up because your not 19 and thus threw out $2 of much-needed chocolate bar money out the window.

I think it would be weird if you were able to buy one underaged and actually won, that would be a bitch and a half if you couldn't claim that. But the chances of you actually winning are so minute, I don't think the people go as hardcore about ID as they do if you're trying to buy booze or smokes.
