This is what i would prefer:

5GB of BW (i can settle for less)
5 or 10 MySQL databases (i may use anywhere from 2-10, i don't know)
PHP
Email
Able to use a subdomain, or post for a domain
Fantastico (or auto installer for SMF)
cpanel

I am:
Willing to linkback, or post to host (nothing outrageous, like 50+ posts a month, i have had people take advantage of me with this)
Have ads in control panel
