so the site is all about i products jaillbreak, themes sounds cydia etc... the language is in french !! is based on two content blog(wordpress) and forum(smf) !

With the spec you are looking for, I think you do not even need to go for paid after 3 months.
Most free host will let you keep the account for very long time, since the spec you are asking for is very low.
