*** I'm not familiar much with VPS configuration. Is it possible to setup the VPS just like I am working with a shared environment (optimization of php, mysql and apache; security and hardening of the whole vps; disable php functions that should not be used; installation of common php modules; etc.)? Think of it like your selling a shared hosting, everything should be setup and ready to use.

I think that you need 1GB RAM low end dedicated server. But at the same time I'm not sure that would be possible or not to get the server at $30
