Require a business partner for a Movie Community

I am looking for someone who is good in administering vbulletin forum.I have started a movie community, where people can discuss on various movies ,review movies exchange wallpapers,review movies ets. I have the domain, vbulletin owned license,skin,review script etc..All set to go.. but need to put all arranged,built the forum topics etc. Willing to share the advertisement revenue with the interested person.

I am not sure how much revenue can be expected at this time as the community website has not gone live.I can share 40% of the revenue with the interested person.
