Can you really make money through the referal program?
other pay-per-search programs DON'T offer it and I was wondering if it really makes a difference?

Hiya Ban,

Wether or not you make money with the referral program is up to you.

We provide search boxes with your referring link built into them but we also provide links with out them.

Some of the search affiliate programs force you to carry their ad/logo on the searchbox and they don't compensate you or give you referral $$$ for the free advertising you're placing on thei site. AltaVista is the worst offender at this.

yea, 3c for a full-sized 468x60 ad, include:

• Lycos
• AltaVista
• Ask Jeeves

stay well clear!

and try one of the following;

• SearchTraffic (Standard Internet, VERY POPULAR)
• Searchbucks (Some people from SI, worth a look)
• Searchfuel (Same people as exitfuel, unknown if they pay)
• AdSearches, almost as bad as the first list...
