I am looking to purchase another server but this time with an unmetered line. I would like to know how much bandwidth a 10mbps or 100mbps line would have. I would also like to know how much I should be paying for such bandwidth.

your looking over 500+ with those specs for a 10mbps unmetered line, and 1,350 thousand or more for a 100mbps unmetered which most places dont offer. that cheap.
 
Not really. I just want to make sure I have enough. I will probably need at least 1500-2000 GB Bandwidth. I am also accepting offers with lower server specs. I will look at p4 2.8 or higher.

Does anyone know anything about hostcreations? They have a dual xeon 3.0, 2 160 gb hard drives, 2 gb ram, 10 mbps unmetered line for $350 a month. Is it possible to get that for so cheap?

make a search on WHT, I am sure you will find some reviews about them. However, it's really cheap for Dual Xeon 3.0. I can offer you unmetered 6Mbps line (allow you transferring around 2000GB/month), but it's around $400/month at least with P4 3GHz box. The server will be located in our rack in 56 Marrieta, Atlanta, GA, using multi-homed bandwidth. Are you interested? :)
