Not sure why you need such high space requirements for a forum, thats probably why theres not many offers around. For about 20 posts, I will give 1GB space and 10GB bandwidth... if you apply on my forum please reference this thread so I can give you the exact specs.

Sounds like he wants all the space and bandwidth because it's a forum for his college... which means lots of visitors and users. So of course (s)he'll need lots of storage and bandwidth.

I would be glad to host such such a project and I am flexible to add more bandwidth as the site grows.
