Speed + Support

Hi,

Just curious to find out if there is any dedicated server seller you guys know of that..

1) Have fast speeds, especially because i'm running a anime upload download site which auto DL's the torrent anime + convert them to a .mkv smaller format
2) Power CPU in order for fast conversion
3) Accept AlertPay.

1 and 3 are exceptionally important...Would appreciate if anyone can point me in the correct direction.

It would be even better if i can have the ability to resell their dedicated servers for cash as well.

At the same time, assuming i'm decide to open a box for seeding of torrents as well, how many clients should i be able to rent out access to torrent seeding?
Note: The torrent content which is anime will be legal.

I bet it should be some offshore provider where such sites are supported. Some of them are truly speedy.
