Well... it depends on our server provider. We have been testing this server for like 30 days and hopefully there was no downtime.

So we can say that till today there was no service outage and we have an uptime of 100%

2 things:

1. That is a statement, not a guarantee
2. What is your remuneration for those if there is a guarantee? In other words, dont advertise an uptime guarantee for free hosting unless you are actually going to give back something to the clients. Be warned, if you offer more space/transfer I will likely shoot holes in that offer.
